PARTS STOCK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Parts Stock Management System gives the Parts Manager full controll over his department. From the main menu of the stock system, Dragon2000 makes it obvious which parts are low or negative stock, those allocated to bookings and estimates, parts invoices awaiting completetion and all of the items currently on order from suppliers

Parts can be ordered, recieved into stock, retured to the supplier, invoiced and issued to workshop service jobs right from the front screen of the parts system - Any of these actions are then recorded into the parts usage history in the record, giving you a full audit trail of that item.

Dragon2000 handles parts supersessions, mulitiple buying and selling prices, multiple suppliers and storage locations and gives you the ability to add photos to an item.

A huge number of reports allow you to see all aspects of the parts department, from basic stock check and perpetual stock check reports, to full stock value and profit analysis reports, including 25 most popular parts and analysis on parts sold through the Service Centre and over the counter.

If you are a franchised dealer or an authorised repair centre, Dragon2000 can provide you with manufacturers price files in the system, updated monthly, free of charge. To make stock checks less of a pain we also offer bar code scanners and data loggers that interact with Dragon2000 and update stock quantities live in the system.

All of the transaction detail within the Parts Stock System can be integrated into Sage at the click of a button to give a full and comprehensive set of accounts.
