Dragon2000 Reveal New DragonDMS 2021 For Car Dealers And Garages

Dealer Management System provider Dragon2000 have officially launched their new DragonDMS product for 2021, unveiling new features and integrations to help car dealerships and garages as they head into the new year.
The updated software boasts new integrations with Auto Trader, allowing dealers to instantly update advertised stock with a live feed, return standard vehicle specification using Auto Trader data, and receive current adjusted valuations for their vehicles.
With our new Image Editor feature, dealers can edit their vehicle images within the DragonDMS and quickly add professional-looking banners across them with their own text, to highlight things such as price reductions, promotions or special options on the vehicle.
The banner position, text and background colours can all be customised and dealers can even add a shadow effect to really make it stand out, or add a watermark to show their company logo. The edited images are then stored within the DragonDMS against the vehicle record and will be used in any advertising feeds or sent directly to the dealers Dragon2000 built website.
In addition to the many advertising feeds that we already offer, Facebook Catalog and Google Merchant feeds are now available in DragonDMS 2021, providing dealers with the chance to power their advertising campaigns from the dealer management system.
Digital signatures have become essential in the current climate. Following our Docusign integration added earlier this year, we are now able to offer another new integration with E-Sign, offering DragonDMS 2021 users a paperless solution to obtaining customer signatures. The optional digital signature integration enables dealers to send vehicle order forms and invoices to customers from within their dealer management system, with updates to let you know the status of each form at all times.
