Government Announce Plug-In Van Grant Extension Until 2026

The Government have today decided to extend the plug-in van grant for an extra 12 months, providing incentives for drivers and businesses making the switch to cleaner vans until at least April 2026.
It is reported that more than 80,000 electric and zero emission vans have been sold since the launch of the plug-in van grant, prompting the Government to continue the scheme into next year.
£120 million is being set aside to help support drivers and businesses who are considering making the change from petrol and diesel to electric vehicles, including vans, taxis and motorbikes.
Grants of up to £2,500 are currently available under the scheme for buying small vans, while larger vans can see grants of up to £5,000.
