Reassign Tasks
Labour tasks can now be reassigned from one technician to another, allowing for flexibility throughout the day when unexpected changes need to be made, which could be due to various reasons such as staff sickness or simply jobs overrunning.

Access Recent Comments
Recent comments made by your technicians can be quickly accessed and viewed by service advisors from the mobile app, keeping them instantly up to date on anything that has just been logged in the service department.

Add Images To Comments
Technicians can add images to their comments on a job, providing further clarity on any reported issues and ensuring that service advisors don’t need to head over to the bay for a visual look at any problems. The images will also appear in the DragonDMS record for future reference if required.

VHCs Within Tasks
Vehicle Health Checks are now accessible within a task, allowing technicians to immediately begin the VHC on a vehicle they’re already working on. The vehicle details will also already be completed when opening the VHC, saving you time from re-entering information.

Fitted/Not Fitted Items
Items assigned to jobs can be viewed in the Workshop App and marked as either fitted or not fitted, avoiding any confusion with the status of your parts and the progress of the task. The part status within the job will also be updated in the DragonDMS to ensure maximum accuracy.

More Condition Report Templates
For garages working on vehicles other than cars, the interactive condition reports within the Workshop App have been updated to include layouts for motorbikes, motorhomes and HGVs, allowing you to more accurately pinpoint any vehicle issues and log them for future reference. The condition reports can also now be signed digitally within the app by customers to confirm the recorded check.
