Upload your accounts data

If you have been asked to upload your accounts data for support, follow the instructions below:

Create a backup on your desktop.
Right-click the backup file and choose “Send to” and then “Compressed (zipped) folder”
Click the ‘browse’ button below and select the zipped file from your desktop.
Click the ‘upload’ button and wait for the backup file to be transferred to our server
